The Roller Stand : a modular & transportable bar

The Beer Up Roller Stand is a real mobile bar on wheels. Equipped with the Beer Up System, it incorporates a double pressure tap, a glass rinser and a large workspace.

Fold-down shelves at the ends of the module extend the work surface by 50 cm on each side (96.40 cm wide when closed, 198.60 cm when open).

Thanks to its high-performance draught system (flow rate of 165L per hour), this self-contained module is suitable for intensive indoor and outdoor use.

Professional double draw integrated into a mobile bar

The Beer Up Roller Stand incorporates a double-pressure Beer Up System. This device makes it possible to serve draught beers by filling glasses from the bottom. In addition to the innovative, patented aspect of the system, automated filling means drinks can be served to the nearest centilitre, without overflowing, and with a perfect foam neck. The Beer Up system also reduces keg losses. By avoiding recurrent starters and overflowing foam: every centilitre ends up in your customers’ glass. It is estimated that the gain is 10 to 15% of the barrel.

Bottom-pressure filling & innovative service

The Beer Up Roller Stand filler is designed for beverage professionals who opt for a high-performance filling device. The double draught allows two drums to be connected. In addition, the integrated draft trays allow you to serve a 50 cl Beer Up pint as well as a 25 cl Beer Up half-pint. The Beer Up system uses special cups. Each cup has a hermetically sealed valve at the bottom. When snapped onto the draw plate, the filling nozzle is inserted into the glass. Filling is carried out by a spiral jet that creates foam as it fills. The service can be activated in manual or automatic mode. In automatic mode, filling stops when the glass is full.

Print control at the touch of a finger

The Roller Stand’s integrated pulling device is controlled by buttons. Each print is equipped with a manual fill button and an automatic fill button. Buttons are backlit: a specific color for each mode. This simplifies driving, even in the dark.
The turntables feature “mixed” grids. This means that the turntable recognizes whether it’s a 25 cl or a 50 cl beaker. Filling is therefore adapted to the capacity of the cup.

The Beer Up Roller Stand is without doubt the most complete module in the Beer Up System filler range. It can be used to set up a real bar for any event. It can be deployed both indoors and outdoors. It can be set up on a terrace, like an open kitchen, at festivals or sports events.

This stainless steel mobile bar weighs 165 kg. And with good reason: it incorporates a compressor (3/4 HP) and an ice bank cooling system to make itself-sufficient.

Despite its weight, it’s easy to move: 4 reinforced wheels provide support. Shelves can be folded down. The integrated handle system makes for easy handling.

The roller stand is equipped with a volumetric counter that allows you to count the actual liters served. A removable spout can be added for a more “classic” draft mode.

A self-contained glass rinser and drip tray are included.
