Beer Up 25 cl beer glasses are part of an innovative range that is revolutionizing draught beer service. Combined with Beer Up System draught plates, they simplify the serving of draught beers, limit keg losses and encourage the re-use of glasses.
The lenses in the range have been eco-designed from a single material: Polypropylene. This plastic alloy allows each glass to be used and reused intensively. The monomaterial used also means that each cup is 100% recyclable.
The Beer Up device makes tasting a real pleasure. Each glass is filled from the bottom: the nozzle of the drawing plates nestles into the bottom of the glass to fill it. During filling, foam is generated to obtain a perfect foam collar. The glass is filled to the right level, without spilling.

Beer Up 25 cl cups feature a valve at the bottom of the glass. Filling is activated once the glass has been inserted into the Beer Up System board. Simply “clip” the cup onto the filler tray for hassle-free dispensing and fast service.
The valve at the bottom of the cup ensures even beer service, with no overflow and a consistently even head.
Beer Up “half” cups offer a useful capacity of 25 cl for a total capacity of 33 cl. The inevitable mousse can take up all the remaining space.

Beer Up 25-33 cl tumblers have the virtue of being fully integrated into the circle of reuse. Although Beer Up cups can be used as “classic glasses”, their main advantage is in combination with Beer Up System decks. So, after tasting, few users keep the cup and return it (like the “collector” cups used at some major events).

Beer Up 25 cl cups are initially produced without personalization. They are then screen-printed. How does it work?
Each cup is thermo-molded. The final manufacturing step consists of adding a valve system to the bottom of the glass to make it 100% functional. Glasses are tested and then carefully stored.
Lens personalization is carried out in a second stage in our screen-printing workshops. Silk-screening is carried out according to the customer’s wishes.
Silk-screen printing is a graphic printing method that achieves outstanding precision and line finesse. This customization feature allows the curved shape of the glass to be specifically adapted. The customization surface is 90 mm high and 190 mm wide.
